You might remember that a few weeks ago I, along with a number of other bloggers, made a healthyselves commitment, in a bid to feel better in ourselves. I struggled to find the motivation and quickly slumped back in to old habits, watching with envy as other bloggers led the way.
I’ve tried all the fad diets, lost weight and put it back on, so I was rather reluctant to try any more but when my Aunt started to talk about the Juice Plus diet, I was rather intrigued. Juice Plus is a new system, whereby the person swaps two meals a day for a tasty shake, and then snacks on healthy foods throughout the day. I must admit that I wasn’t initially struck on the idea but after some hardship, I am now completely sold. Once I developed a routine of having a shake for breakfast and dinner with lots of tasty fruit inbetween, I found that the diet really worked for me and in all honesty it has now become a way of life. It’s easy, effective and I can see this one really taking off.
Since starting I feel so much better about myself, I’ve lost weight and feel cleaner from eating less rubbish. I initially viewed Juice Plus as a quick fix but now I see it as a way of life.
