Occasionally I get really excited over a blog post and when this does happen I have to work really hard to manage it and to stop myself from getting ever so slightly carried away before it’s even started.
My latest idea was no exception and I am extremely excited to introduce a new series to my blog – Ladies and Gentleman say hello to “Missing Monday’s”.
I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned it before but I am absolutely fascinated by all things relating to crime but I’ve always been particularly interested in people that go missing.
I find it baffling that people can go missing and not be head from for years and that’s if they are ever heard from again. Most of those that are missing do leave some sort of evidence behind, clues about what happened to them but then in other incidents there’s nothing and it’s literally as if they have vanished.
It’s hard enough to lose a loved one but I can’t imagine how hard it must be to lose a loved one in mysterious or suspicious circumstances and often prolonged for unimaginable lengths of time with little or no information.
So that’s why I’ve decided to start this new series because I want to help in any way that I possibly can, even if it’s only tiny.
So each month I’ll be featuring one missing person on my blog in the form of an image in the sidebar and I’ll also be sharing their story in a blog post.
I’ve already decided the first few people I will feature, I chose them purely because their story resonated with me and I felt some kind of weird connection to them.
If you have a loved one that is missing and want me to feature them, please feel free to email me on email@example.com and I will get back to you.
So the first case is Jennifer Kesse who is already in my sidebar and a post will follow shortly.
