Maybelline Ancillary Master Kajal

Maybelline Ancillary Master Kajal

It’s been quite a while since a product hit the high-street that I HAD to have, but this was definitely one and I was immmediatly drawn to purchase it!

I wear glasses, but when I’m going somewhere fancy I like to wear my contacts and on these occassions I love to take the opportunity to show my eyes of and love going a bit wild with my eye make-up. A classic, coloured cat flick is my go-to eye look and I really love the contrast of a deep blue eyeliner against my hazel eyes, it just works for me but I sometimes struggle with getting my two eyes to look the same!

I saw the Maybelline Anncillary Master Kajal Liner, advertised on TV recently and made a trip to the shop yesterday to grab myself one! At £5.99, for what is ultimately a glorified eyeliner, these are pretty expensive.

The colour is beautiful and I love the sleek packaging. The new product looks pretty impressive, it’s shaped to fit easily into your hand and makes it really easy to apply with precision. The nib is not too thick or too thin, it’s easy to get it into the corner of your eye and applies prettily evenly. It’s a creamy formula and blends easily.

This doesn’t last very long and I am pretty disappointed considering the price! I would recommend this for anyone that struggles with applying a neat, even line but ultimately it if it quacks and walks like a duck, then it’s just an overly priced duck!

Will you be giving this a go?

Hey! I would definitely recommended it for you then! I tend to find it really hard to get both eyes to match, but with this that wasn’t a problem! It’s definitely really precise and nice to use! At a guess, I’d say it stays bold for about two/three hours but I set mine by putting a similar colour eyeshadow over it! This did help 🙂 Let me know what you think if you do get one! 🙂

[…] Maybelline Ancillary Master Kajal Liner. Until fairly recently this remained one of my most read posts and I hope that some people listened before impulse buying this product. I am a eyeliner kinda girl, I like the simple things in life and eyeliner is the perfect “lazy girls” beauty choice. It’s quick, it’s easy and can add a pop of colour with no hassle, so in theory this should have been the perfect item for me. Yet the reality was entirely different because this product was completely disappointing. […]
