Favourite Outfit of the week….

Favourite make-up look of the week…

This is cheating, I know but I have really been loving the #nomakeupselfie craze. My mum had a form of cancer when I was younger, she is one of the survivors and I admire her in every way possible, I love that this has been done in aid of cancer and raising money. I can’t believe that I’ve bared all on the internet and on facebook were all my pals can see, and several years ago I would never have had the confidence. There are so many good reasons for campaigns like these, and I love when social media is used for a good cause. Just two reasons being that we can’t all be made up ever day and this reflects the real, unedited us and the second being the money it might have raised! I nominate all of you!

Product of the week…

FF 21

This baby is amazing but I won’t go in to too much detail because there will be a post on this very soon.

TV Show…

I have been loving Sky’s Stella for a long time but the last episode was my favourite. I live in Pontyberry (post to follow) or the town that is meant to be Pontyberry and this is my own picture of said area. This is the reverse view of the famous “bench scene”. The Rhondda is a truly beautiful place, both physically and spititually and before you ask….yes we all have an Auntie Brenda of sorts.

I have fallen back in love withΒ  the Script’s Man Who Can’t Be Moved this week. I love a song that tells a story and this is perfect.

I tend to suffer with quite a bit of redness on my cheeks (as you can see in the above picture) and sometimes find it really hard to cover up. This video is really useful and definitely worth a watch.

This is a new section to this series but as an effort to start thinking more positively I thought that it might be a fantastic way to review my week. This week has been a good one but I’ve narrowed it down to four.

Number one….would definitely be the fact that my cousin has had two little, premature but strong, babies after years of trying. There were tears glare upon hearing this news I can assure you.

Number two…I love feeling like I’m part of something important, it’s why I get involved in political discussion, because I would love to change the world in a small way. Being involved with Unite Youth has definitely inspired me and this week has been packed with events and solidarity.

There is nothing a skype chat with a friend can solve and this week my bestie and me had a right good giggle. Sadly Sam (her blog is linked here) lives a long, long way away in the North (cannot say that without thinking of GoT) and it therefore means we don’t get to see each other a lot. It’s a testimony to a good friendship however that we’ve stayed close and it really cheered me up!

Then there is the fact that I finally reached 600 followers. Wow.I gradually watched it climb all week, constantly refreshing it on my phone to see if I had yet hit it. The best bit was the fact that it went from 598 to 607 after I published my Spring Edit.Β  I put an awful lot of time and effort in to my posts, I really love writing and discussing the topics I do, so to have so many email subscribers is really exciting. Thank you all so much for following, I really appreciate it.

What have you been loving this week?
